A short story about me...

My name is Brandon Truscio and I am 49 soon to be 50. I am 6 foot 2. Originally from Minnesota, I now reside in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Happily married for 18 years to my wonderful wife Sonja.
We have no kids but we are "uncle and aunt" to a very special young lady.

Study and Work...

I am an alum of the University of Minnesota, Row The Boat, where I studied social sciences and coaching.
I have been in several fields for work including customer service, banking, and technology.
I currently work at a tech company named Guide-Star located right here in Iron Mountain.

Interests...

First and foremost I am an ordained minister. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I take the study of God's word, the Bible, very seriously. However, some might say that's where my seriousness ends. Not entirely true but they might know me better than I know myself.
I am still very young at heart and like things that many kids and adolescents enjoy.
I love music and the arts. When I was younger I played sports now in my old age I am more an observer.
Reading used to be a passion of mine but since I have so many neurological issues, I am more of a listener. (Audio Books)
My reading interests are varied. Everything from History to Science, to Bios and comedy. However not really into fiction.
I also have a love of animals. Especially Dogs and Horses, though really all animals I find interesting.

Sports Teams...

Sports teams that I follow are mostly Minnesota based. However there are a number of them that are not.
I am a huge Chelsea FC fan. Also from English Soccer I am a fan of Plymouth Argyle.
I also love Canadian Football and am part of Rider Nation. (Saskatchewan Rough Riders)
Speaking of Canada I also love the sport of Curling. During the winter I watch about as much Curling as I do Minnesota Wild Hockey.

Hobbies...

I mentioned one before reading. I am prone to migraines and other issues so now I mostly listen to books.
Music is also a big part of my hobbies. My favs are all over the map, from Big Band to Classical to Dance Music.
My bigger hobbies though are video games and Legos.
A lot of what will be on this website will be devoted to those 2 things. I do have other websites for some of the other hobbies as well.
